Workflow Subscriber Status

The Workflow Subscriber must be running for Workflow 8 to be fully functional.

Checking the Workflow Subscriber Status

  1. Click the Windows Start button.
  2. Select Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Administrative Tools.
  4. Double-click Services.
  5. Under the ClosedName column, locate the Laserfiche Workflow Subscriber service.

  6. Under the Status column, verify that the Laserfiche Workflow Subscriber service is Started. If the Status column is blank the service is not started.

    Manually Starting the Workflow Subscriber

    1. Within Microsoft Window's Services dialog box, select the Laserfiche Workflow Subscriber service
    2. Select ClosedStart. Windows will attempt to start the service.

      Note: If Windows is unable to start the service, ensure that your Workflow Subscriber has been properly configured and that your Workflow 8 license is valid.
